I. For shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

III Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. prepayment by bank transfer

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 5 days, stating the purpose of payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.

2. apple pay

You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the “Apple Pay” service on a supported Apple end device by following the verification steps. 3. google pay

You can pay with Google Pay as part of the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the “Google Pay” mobile app on a supported end device by following the verification steps. 4. Credit Cards

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

The processing of credit card payments is carried out via WooPayments, a payment service provided by Automattic Inc., in cooperation with Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland). As part of the payment process, the data you provide, along with information about your order, is transmitted in encrypted form to Stripe. The transfer of your data is carried out solely for the purpose of payment processing and in compliance with data protection regulations.

Stripe reserves the right to carry out a credit check for the purpose of fraud prevention and to ensure the security of the payment.

5. PayPal Payments

Just a few steps to complete your payment:
1. At checkout, select “PayPal Payments” as your payment method. Choose from the available options: Buy Now, Pay Later, SEPA, or Google Pay.
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment.
3. If you already have a PayPal account, simply log in with your PayPal credentials and confirm the payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm your payment.
For direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and PayPal invoice purchase, a PayPal account is not required.
You will then be redirected back to our website (www.neogruen.com).

6. Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

  • Invoice: The payment term is 30 days from the dispatch of the goods/tickets or, in the case of other services, from the provision of the service.   • Installment purchase : With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent a monthly invoice.   • Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
  • Direct debit: The amount will be debited after the goods have been dispatched. You will be informed of the time by e-mail.

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.
