Shipping Information

When the shipping weight exceeds 30 kg, a new parcel will be dispatched with the corresponding costs.
For orders with a value of 45,00 €, we ship free of charge to end customers within Germany!

II Shipping outside Germany

We deliver to the following countries:

Other countries: Egypt, Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Israel, Qatar, Lebanon, Libya, Liechtenstein, Morocco, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Switzerland, Serbia, Syria, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City, United Kingdom * Shipping currently only available to business customers. ** No shipping possible from 01/01/2025.

Our shipping costs are weight-dependent. You can find the shipping weight for each item on its detail page under “Product Information.” If the total shipping weight exceeds 30 kg, a new package will be sent with corresponding additional shipping costs.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). III Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-3 days of conclusion of the contract. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery times for shipping abroad can vary between 2 and 22 days. Detailed information on delivery times per country can be found in the shipping costs table under II. shipping outside Germany. The delivery times stated in the table are information provided by the shipping service provider, without guarantee and are to be added to the delivery time stated for the respective item.

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment as a whole.

The period for delivery shall commence on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank in the case of payment in advance by bank transfer or on the day after conclusion of the contract in the case of other payment methods and shall end at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
