For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. III Delivery times
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-3 days of conclusion of the contract. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery times for shipping abroad can vary between 2 and 22 days. Detailed information on delivery times per country can be found in the shipping costs table under II. shipping outside Germany. The delivery times stated in the table are information provided by the shipping service provider, without guarantee and are to be added to the delivery time stated for the respective item.
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment as a whole.
The period for delivery shall commence on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank in the case of payment in advance by bank transfer or on the day after conclusion of the contract in the case of other payment methods and shall end at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 5 days, stating the purpose of payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.

You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the “Apple Pay” service on a supported Apple end device by following the verification steps. You can pay with Google Pay as part of the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the “Google Pay” mobile app on a supported end device by following the verification steps.
